MISSION

G

Grand Bequest is a property technology company that empowers

individuals to save old buildings at scale. We offer memberships that connect communities and organisations directly with the resources they need to reclaim, conserve, and reuse vacant old buildings.

We have a very simple mission save abandoned old buildings.

Our state-of-the-art technology works with communities to introduce data analytics, stakeholder participation,

transparency, and alternative financing support to change the way public and private groups work together to improve their communities.

We help others overcome the financial and operational obstacles of reactivating old buildings in order to create safe, healthy, and sustainable buildings, empowering the entire community to feel proud of these buildings once again.

ABOUT US

We are a passionate and interdisciplinary team of multi-skilled professionals. An open mind and our willingness to learn new ways to improve ourselves and our industry is what defines us and makes us a strong and enthusiastic team. Let us introduce ourselves and please feel free to approach us and ask us any questions you might have or let us know if there are any buildings you would like to save with our support.
